Tournament Details
The competition was a riveting spectacle, spanning approximately 4 and a half hours of intense gameplay. Organized by the proficient Germain Mariolle, the tournament featured 51 skilled players who battled through 5 rounds of 2 games each. The top 16 players advanced to the finals, which consisted of 3 rounds and 5 games per round, making for a thrilling contest.
Highlight Game of the Tournament
One of the standout moments was a marathon game on the James Bond 007 (60th Anniversary LE) pinball machine. This epic battle lasted an astonishing 131 minutes, featuring top talents like Sean Irby, who placed first, followed by Lonnie Langford, Jon Salzman, and Ashley Weaver from Renton, WA, who showed great skill and endurance.

- Guardians of the Galaxy by Stern (Released November 2017): Players embark on a galactic adventure with Star-Lord and company, aiming to unlock the Orb and battle the universe’s most formidable villains in deep space showdowns.

The Ice Box Arcade, located at 615 NW Bright St, Seattle, was the perfect backdrop for this event. Despite the light rain and a cool 53°F, the atmosphere inside was warm with excitement. The venue offered not just a fantastic array of pinball machines but also snacks and beverages, making it a great spot for pinball lovers.
