This week, we ventured north to the Pacific Northwest for the Tik Tok’s Fair Strikes 2/12 pinball tournament, hosted by the ever-enthusiastic Richard Godwin at his workshop in Bremerton, WA. The weather gods provided a crisp, clear night (41°F!), setting the stage for a heated battle under the flickering lights of 20 incredible pinball machines.

Knockout Battles and Monstrous Wins

This 14-player Group Knockout tournament saw competitors facing off in 10 rounds, with the Fair Strikes system adding an extra layer of strategy. Players were grouped, with the top performers receiving fewer “strikes” towards elimination. In Round 1, a standout match unfolded on Monster Bash (Remake). Conrad Rustad battled it out against Chris Wilkes, Astrid Morrison, and Richard Godwin himself. After a nail-biting game, Rustad emerged victorious, showcasing his skills and foreshadowing his championship run.
